Design is the professionnal service that consists in create and develop concepts in the aim to optimize fonctionnalities and appearance of the product.

Manufacturing is the following step: a transformation technic made with injection molding or blow molding.

REALIZATION AND MACHINING

After realization's step comes machining that consists in a multitude of manufacturing technics of mechanic production.

Machining principle is to remove material to give to the first production the desired form with a machine-tool. By this way, we have high-precision production.

Some types of moulds concern the metallic one, which can be used several times. Thanks to the difference between the mould and the metal and an expulsion process, the production can be unmoulded. PLASTIC INJECTION MOULD


Moulding injection permits to set thermoformable materials (thermoplastics essentially, but aluminium alloy or brass too). This fabrication process permits to obtain accurate production and doesn't need any exterior factoring. Plastic injection needs a carefully machined mould and its final quality determines next productions ; the noticeable parts of a scoreboard or a household appliance for example.

BLOWING MOULDS ANNECY


Blowing moulds permits to set in form thermoplastics polymer materials in the aim to obtain hollows, like bottles or liquid containing. The fluid material used permits the creation of an injected preform, then a tablet gas permits  stretch the material to be printed. After cooling, the mould opens ans the production is ejected.

THERMOFORMING MOULDS ANNECY


Thermororming moulding permits to heat an already existant material that takes a plate form to make it softener in the aim to set it thanks to a mould ; this form being preserved while cooling. This process permits to set rapidly a production. This process of fabrication shows its competitivity on little, but stays fitted to medium and big sets.
